Pawprint Adoption Packages

We offer Three Pawprint Adoption Packages, designed to give every puppy the best start in their new home. No matter which adoption package you choose, every puppy includes advanced socialization from birth plus basic training your pup needs to start life as a calm, well-mannered, ESA-ready dog.

The Pawprint experience

Price: $3,800

About: Our Pawprint Experience is our base adoption package, perfect for our clients who just want a calm, well adjusted puppy that will love and bond well with them and their kids from the start. 

  • Family‑raised at our ranch
  • Kid cuddles from day one (supervised)
  • Early leash & collar intro plus calm crate time
  • Vet‑checked, shots, microchip
  • 12‑Month Health Promise
  • Ongoing support for at-home training
  • Bond Promise: follow our 7‑Day Plan; if bonding is slow, you get free 1‑on‑1 trainer help until it clicks (up to 4 weeks)
  • Pawprint Journey Concierge (WhatsApp): week‑one daily pics/updates, vet docs in one place, bond tracking, 30–60s Keepsake video at pickup

Advanced package

Price: $7900

About: Our most popular training package, the Advanced package is designed for busy families who want a calm start at home with done-for-you potty & basic obedience training.

The Advanced Package includes the Pawprint Experience, PLUS:

  • Crate + potty routine (on a schedule)
  • Potty on schedule with 0–1 accidents/day
  • Leash and collar basics (no freak‑outs)
  • Walks calmly 10–15 steps on leash
  • Simple commands: sit, come, wait – Comes by name inside; sits for greeting
  • Calm in the house around normal noise
  • Gentle kid socialization (supervised)
  • Vet check ready + grooming prep
  • Premium diet, full boarding, daily enrichment

Performance markers (we train to these, not days):

  • Sleeps 6+ hours at night, 3 nights in a row

Timeline: Most pups hit the performance markers in 2–3 weeks, however, every pup learns at their own pace. If you pick up early, training ends at that point. Final payments are due when markers are met. Since we train to performance markers, not day, we don’t offer credits for early pickup.

Mastery package

Price: $10,000

About: Our mastery level puppy + training package, the Mastery package is designed for emotional‑support homes that want next‑level calm and confidence.

The Mastery Package includes the Pawprint Experience, PLUS:

  • Advanced obedience: sit, come, wait, loose‑leash walking
  • Crate & potty mastery (3 clean days in a row)
  • Confidence in public (car rides, vet lobby, pet‑friendly stores)
  • Calm in new places (noise, change, mild stress)
  • Pro grooming session
  • Premium diet, structured care, loving daily interaction

Performance markers (we train to these, not days):

  • Loose‑leash walk 30–50 feet with a slack lead
  • Crate on cue; sleeps 7–8 hours at night
  • Calm car ride 15+ minutes
  • Vet‑style handling without panic
  • Polite greeting (sit, no jumping)

Timeline: Most pups hit the performance markers in 4–6 weeks, however, every pup learns at their own pace. If you pick up early, training ends at that point. Final payments are due when markers are met. Since we train to performance markers, not day, we don’t offer credits for early pickup.

Frequent questions

Yes, if you’re a good fit for a puppy, but the price is too much, we may be able to help. We offer special pricing throughout the year, and you may qualify for our veteran or public service member discounts. Contact Us for details.

We don’t offer payments after the pups go home. By law, your pup will be lovingly raised by us until it’s at least eight weeks old. After that, we’ll continue to board it at our home until all payments are paid in full. Let us know if you need payment options, and we’ll work it out.

All payments made are non-refundable, except at our sole discretion, however all payments can be applied towards any future puppy. We make some exceptions for extenuating circumstances. See the terms for more.

Your Puppy is generally ready for pickup or delivery within 3 days of turning eight weeks, or after the final payment is received. 

Pickup Details: Pick up your puppy in person via appointment, at our kennel near Mabank, TX. We are available 10AM to 4PM, Mon-Fri for pickups. (Sat, CLOSED, and Sun, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) We will be in touch to schedule the date and time.

In Person Delivery: We offer in-person delivery options via puppy nanny nationwide. Prices vary, so please ask us for a quote.

Airline Delivery: We will fly your puppy via puppy nanny to your closest airport. Prices avg $1,500 – $3,500. Please ask us for a quote.

Our payment plan terms are outlined below:

Initial Payment Terms:

  • An amount equal to one payment is required to reserve your pup.
  • A regular deposit for a puppy applies towards a payment.

Ongoing Payment Terms:

  • Payments are withdrawn automatically from the card on file on the same day every week or month of your selected plan.
  • If you miss more than two payments, your selected puppy will become available again to the public unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Payments made are non-refundable, except for extenuating circumstances that will be determined at our sole discretion. However all payments can be transferred to any future or currently available puppy.
  • Any refunds offered will not include the initial deposit or any applicable boarding fees.
  • Unfinished Payment plans with no communication or other arrangements after all good faith attempts to reach you has failed, will be forfeited entirely after 6 months.

Early Payment Terms:

  • There are no early payment fees, however, you’ll still need to cover all applicable boarding and processing fees. 

Boarding Terms:

  • Puppies paid in full, and picked up within three days after eight weeks old, will not incur any boarding fees.
  • Boarding fees apply to all puppies after they are eight weeks old.
  • All other puppies/dogs on payment plans will start their boarding fees beginning 24 hours after they turn eight weeks old OR – if already older than eight weeks – 72 hours from the time the initial payment is made.
