Product Returns

Please Call Us in advance of any returns at 469-719-2233

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns should be sent to our location at 7790 CR 2832, Mabank, Texas, 75156 and must include your original receipt or proof of purchase, the reason for returning, and your contact information.

Product Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Affiliate Products

Some products sold thru our online store, are affiliate products from Amazon and other merchants.

Affiliate Products Should Not Be Returned To Us And Are Not Eligible For A Refund From Hidden Acres Puppies

Instead, you should contact the appropriate retailer or merchant you purchased the product from, for their specific return and refund policies.

Puppy Refund Policy

Deposits

Deposit amounts for puppies are non-refundable.

If you change your mind regarding a puppy after a deposit has been placed, or the puppy becomes unavailable for any reason, you will be given the opportunity to choose another similar puppy from the same or next available litter.

Refunds

If you wish to make a claim on our Puppy Genetic Health Guarantee as detailed on our Health & Nutrition page, you are subject to the following Conditions:

  • You must provide documented proof of the genetic condition from a reputable licensed veterinarian. We reserve the right to have our own vet make or confirm a diagnosis under all circumstances.
  • You must provide your original, signed, Purchase Agreement you received at the time of purchase.
  • Your puppy must be One Year, Six Months or less, from the Date of Birth on your Purchase Agreement, (up to Two Years old with the use of NuVet Supplements), to be covered under this Guarantee.

In the event of a confirmed claim, you will have the opportunity to choose another puppy of similar value, or your money refunded for the amount of the original purchase, less the deposit amount.

Under no circumstances, will Hidden Acres Puppies be responsible for any costs relating to the puppy after it leaves our premises, including, but not limited to, costs for vets, travel, etc in connection to the diagnosis of any genetic defects or other health condition covered under our Health Guarantee.

Under all circumstances, Hidden Acres Puppies reserves the right to refuse a refund if any of these conditions are not met, and any offers of refund or replacement will be issued only at their sole discretion.

Puppies sold “as is”, or with known genetic defects at the time of sale are not eligible for refunds.
