Step one
Download Your Documents!
Within a few hours, you should be getting an email, titled “Your Puppy Information Packet Has Arrived!” (Check your spam folder if you didn’t get it within 24 hours.)
Please find it, and read the attached documents with important information about your new puppy. Also included is our “Recommended Resources” list for our recommendations on things such as collars, crates and more.

Step two
Choosing & Pickup
Its time to mark your calendar for choosing / delivery time! For VIP Deposits: Puppies are normally ready to be chosen between 5 and 6 weeks in the order we got the deposits. Choosing can be via video, photos, or visit in person.
Your pup will be ready for his new home around eight weeks old! We’ll coordinate a date and time with you. Optionally, we’ll hold them past their pickup date for $15/day or $100/week
Step three
Order Life’s Abundance
Your pup is eating Life’s Abundance All Life Stages food, and will come with a small bag to continue using for your pup’s crucial first weeks in his new home. This helps ensure your pup has a familiar food, reducing stress, and getting the vital nutrients it needs during those crucial first couple weeks at his new home.
We highly recommend you continue using Life’s Abundance food, and offer an additional 6 months on your Health Guarantee if you continue using it regularly. To order, you may use the order links below.
